FELLOW works in conjunction with the Oxford University Living Wage Campaign. This campaign seeks to introduce a 'Living Wage' of £7 per hour into the city of Oxford, given the increasing cost of living. Last year, the Living Wage Campaign had success with a motion being passed by Oxford City Council agreeing to pay all council staff a living wage, and agreeing to encourage all local businesses to do the same.
